MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
' Jennifer immediately struck me as a kind, patient, and unusually dedicated individual who possesses a deep understanding of the world and its complexities. She is highly intelligent, well informed, and deeply devoted to our arts and culture ecosystem.
Jennifer lives and works through values of care, empathy, community and artistic excellence, which continue to be clearly demonstrated through her journey within the arts and culture sector, particularly in her work with institutions and as a creative business owner. Her experience with complex, bureaucratic institutions and the administration of being a business owner, is balanced by her commitment and love for artists, art and community.'

' ... I have been fortunate to meet and engage with Ms.Morgan. As a professional, I have observed many artists work with students and she is one of the most effective I have seen in the classroom. Her ability to raise the level of discourse and practice among students is inspiring. Ms. Morgan has the gift of patience and the ability to bring out creativity in her students. She is able to track the individual creative progress of over 150 students and holds deep affection for young people, while working diligently at fostering their creativity with a robust arts program. Her intelligence, sincerity, and regard for children is apparent immediately upon meeting her. '
